25 Years of success, teamwork and common future

Our summer event this year was a very special occasion: Together, we celebrated our company’s 25th anniversary.

Twenty-five years ago, our CEO, Dr. Thomas Weinzierl, established the company and laid the foundation for a success story that continues to be shaped by innovation, reliability and sustainable growth. What once began as a vision is now a successful company with a clear vision for the future—supported by a strong team and long-term partnerships.

The day started with a relaxing trip to the beautiful Wöhrsee lake in Burghausen. Afterward, we were welcomed with a champagne reception at a sophisticated restaurant before the official part of the event began.

In his speech, Dr. Thomas Weinzierl reflected the most important milestones of the past 25 years and also provided insight into the company’s current development. Particularly encouraging: our business development is better than ever. Since our founding, we have recorded continuous, healthy and sustainable growth—a success that would not have been possible without the dedication of our entire team.

A special highlight was the honoring of our long-serving employees. In recognition of their loyalty and valuable contributions, we presented awards for 10, 20 and even 25 years of service. These anniversaries represent loyalty, trust and a corporate culture of which we are particularly proud.

After the official part, we reflected on the evening over dinner together and enjoyed a relaxed, cozy atmosphere as the night drew to a close.

For us, 25 years of company history are not only a reason to celebrate, but also motivation to continue steadfastly on our path—with a passion for innovation, the highest quality standards and a strong team by our side.
