We train – Weinzierl has a trainee

As an innovative high-tech enterprise, we at Weinzierl Engineering also put much emphasis on skilled recruits – and with increasing company size, it was only a matter of time until we – as acknowledged training company – would welcome our first official trainee. Since 01 September 2013  a prospective electronic technician for devices and systems is working with us and will support us for the next three and a half years – and as you can see, he’s already keenly working in our workshop.

Electronics technicians for devices and systems control and monitor processes in manufacturing and maintenance of information-and communication technology as well as medical equipment. They create production documents, set up manufacturing and testing machines and play an important role in quality assurance. In addition, they take care of the procurement of components and equipment, and support technicians or engineers in the implementation of orders. They install and configure programs or operating systems, conduct component tests, develop equipment documentation, or create layouts. Also repairs fall within their remit. In customer service and in the repair of electronic equipment they search for the sources of error and change defective parts. They also advise clients and users.
