But we face the challenge every day and try to make the best of it to achieve a stable offer for our customers.

Expanding the KNX Security portfolio!

A major aspect in home and building automation is security. The Cyber Resilience Act and the NIS2 regulation are forcing all manufacturers to secure their applications. Weinzierl already started focusing on security years ago, and therefore we are well prepared to upgrade our portfolio with KNX Security. This quarter, our binary inputs have taken this step!

Two secure binary inputs like brother and sister:

KNX IO 410.1 secure –> KNX binary input 4-fold 12..230 V
KNX IO 411.1 secure –> KNX binary input 4-fold for dry contacts

Security solutions for manufacturers and developers

The KNX BAOS Module 830.1 secure is the first KNX Module supporting KNX Security. As an option also the communication with the host can be encrypted with an AES based algorithm.
Our KNX BAOS Modules allow a fast integration of devices into the KNX system.
